Perhaps featuring locally grown passion fruit and world-class Ugandan coffee, the day is yours to unwind from your travels. You might choose to wander through the century-old Entebbe Botanical Gardens, where colobus monkeys leap through the canopy of trees that once served as a backdrop for the original Tarzan films. The afternoon is reserved for a boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. From the water, you’ll have an intimate view of massive hippos and crocodiles sunning on the banks, while the sheer power of the falling water looms ahead, a truly humbling and enchanting display of nature’s force.
