Excellent coordination with hotels, parks, transfers, transportation, all aspects - including travel hours away from Nairobi to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, etc. Immediate communication before, during and after. Would highly recommend if you want an amazing trip without many of the typical travel headaches.
