About our establishment
This is the largest national park in Kenya, which is divided into two: Tsavo West National Park and Tsavo East National Park, with Tsavo East being larger. It is found on the coastal side of Kenya near Mombasa, the main port of Kenya.
Tsavo is known for its ‘red elephants’ because of the soil, among other attractions like The Mzima Springs, Shetani Lava, Lake Jipe, Lugard Falls, and The Galana River. Other animals in the park are lions, hippos, zebras, buffalo, kudu, and many species of birds.
