Nairobi National Park
About our establishment
Just 10 km from the buzzing and hustling noises of Nairobi City business district, lies something different, a quiet field of nature, approximately 117 square kilometres. This makes it the only national park in a capital city worldwide.
The park hosts different variety of animals, including lions, the endangered rhinos, giraffes, buffalo, hyenas, among other animals. Also, it hosts the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where rescued animal orphans like the baby elephants and rhinos are taken care of.
Nairobi National Park is Kenya’s oldest national park and a good spot to see the Nairobi city skyline.
