This is one of the biggest theatres of action for wildlife and natural phenomenon.Rising at an attitude of approximately 2000metres, this vast plains have everything to offer for those willing to look.It covers 580 square miles with over 90 species of mammals and over 500 species of birds;including all the African Big Five.
The wildbeest migration(July to October) from the neigbouring Serengeti in Tanzania tops it all,with the biggest drama episode being at crossing of The Mara River where crocodiles are waiting.
The Maasai culture around it makes the experience even better.
